Job Summary
Area Manager for Specialty products in the Northeast Long Island region responsible for promoting CSL Behring products, developing and expanding territory accounts (HCPs, hospitals, hemophilia treatment centers, distributors, specialty pharmacies), maintaining key customer relationships, implementing territory business plans to achieve/exceed sales targets, communicating product features and disease-state information, staying current with clinical literature, following the CSL selling model (PS2), engaging with patient support groups, representing CSL Behring at local meetings, and traveling as needed (including weekends) to support sales efforts.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in scientific or business field
- Minimum of five years’ pharmaceutical sales or related experience
- Demonstrated success with field sales and market share growth
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical market and regulations
