Job Summary
Promote CSL Behring products across the Northeast Long Island region and drive territory business development. Cultivate and maintain relationships with health care professionals, hospital decision makers, specialty pharmacies, distributors and patient support groups; develop and execute territory business plans to achieve/exceed sales targets; communicate product features, benefits, and disease states; stay current with clinical literature and apply CSL selling model (PS2) to calls; support patient education programs and represent CSL Behring at local customer meetings; frequent travel to manage territory and events; build advocates and expand new and existing accounts through solid account management and market awareness.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in a scientific or business field
- Minimum of five years’ pharmaceutical sales or required relevant experience
- Demonstrated success with field sales and market share growth
- Knowledge of the pharmaceutical market and regulations
