Job Summary
Area Manager, Specialty for the Northeast Long Island region responsible for promoting CSL Behring products, expanding the customer base including health care professionals, hospitals, specialty pharmacies and distributors, and growing territory sales. Must develop and execute territory business plans, stay current with clinical literature, convey product features and disease state information, and maintain strong customer relationships to drive demand and market share. Role requires effective use of the CSL selling model (PS2), active collaboration with patient support groups, and regular travel including weekends to engage with calls, meetings, and events. Qualifications include a Bachelor degree in a scientific or business field, minimum five years of pharmaceutical sales experience, proven field sales success, and knowledge of the pharmaceutical market and regulations. Salary range is base at $120K-$145K plus incentive compensation and may include equity, with base salary determined by qualifications and experience.
