Job Summary
Area Manager responsible for promoting CSL Behring products within the Northeast Long Island region, developing new accounts and growing existing ones, implementing territory business plans to achieve/exceed sales targets, and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, and distribution partners. Requires expert knowledge of product features, clinical disease states, competitive landscape, and CSL Behring SOPs; will lead calls using a consultative sales approach, stay current on clinical literature, and collaborate with patient support programs. Regular travel to customer sites and events with emphasis on expanding market share through effective territory management and demand generation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in a scientific or business field
- Minimum of five years’ pharmaceutical sales or required relevant experience
- Demonstrated success with field sales and market share growth
- Knowledge of the pharmaceutical market and regulations
