Job Summary
Area Manager, Specialty in the Northeast Long Island region drives promotion and utilization of CSL Behring products, develops and expands accounts through relationships with HCPs, hospitals, specialty pharmacies, and distribution partners, and implements territory business plans to achieve sales targets. Responsibilities include promoting products to call points, increasing product usage, developing new accounts, communicating technical product and disease-state information, maintaining call frequency, staying current with clinical literature, applying the CSL selling model (PS2) during customer calls, collaborating with patient support groups, communicating market opportunities to management, and representing CSL Behring at local meetings. The role requires ongoing travel and a bachelor’s degree in a scientific or business field with at least five years of pharmaceutical sales experience, and a track record of field sales success and market-share growth.
