Job Summary
Area Manager oversees promotion and utilization of CSL Behring products in the Northeast Long Island area, builds relationships with healthcare professionals, hospital decision makers, specialty pharmacies, and distribution partners; develops and implements territory business plans to achieve or exceed sales targets; drives product demand through knowledge of product features, disease states, and market dynamics; stays current with clinical literature and adheres to CSL Behring selling model (PS2); collaborates with patient support groups and attends local meetings to raise exposure of CSL Behring products and services; requires regular travel and strong business acumen to develop new accounts and grow existing ones; bachelor’s degree in a scientific or business field and a minimum of five years of pharmaceutical sales experience are required.
