Job Summary
Area Manager for CSL Behring covering the Northeast Long Island area. Responsible for promoting CSL Behring products to health care professionals, hospitals, hemophilia treatment centers, specialty pharmacies, and distribution partners; developing new accounts and growing existing ones through relationships, technical product and disease-state knowledge, and effective territory management. Develop and execute territory business plans to meet/exceed sales targets; implement marketing programs to increase market share; maintain appropriate call frequency; stay current with clinical literature; apply the CSL PS2 selling model (opening, probing, listening, closing) in customer calls; collaborate with patient support groups and participate in local customer meetings to increase exposure. Regular travel required, including weekends for select meetings and events. Qualifications include a bachelor degree in a scientific or business field, at least five years of pharmaceutical sales experience, proven field sales success and market share growth, and knowledge of the pharmaceutical market and regulations. The posted salary range is $120K-$145K base, with potential incentive compensation and possible equity; CSL Behring is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
Required Qualifications
