Job Summary
Area Manager, Specialty responsible for promoting CSL Behring products in the Northeast Long Island area, developing and managing territory business plans, building and maintaining relationships with HCPs, hospitals, specialty pharmacies, and distribution partners; drives demand, tumor growth of promoted products, and supports patient education programs; requires strong clinical knowledge, business acumen, and ability to travel; duties include developing new accounts and expanding existing ones, implementing marketing programs to increase market share, maintaining call frequency with targets, staying current with clinical literature, and representing CSL Behring at local meetings; travel with weekend commitments as needed; Bachelor degree in scientific or business field and at least five years of pharmaceutical sales experience expected; base salary in the range $120K-$145K plus incentives and potential equity.
