Job Summary
Area Manager for CSL Behring in the Northeast Long Island region responsible for promoting CSL Behring products, developing and expanding accounts, and maintaining relationships with health care professionals, hospitals, specialty pharmacies, and distribution partners. The role requires developing territory business plans to achieve/exceed sales targets, implementing marketing programs to grow market share, maintaining encounter frequency with targets, and staying current with clinical literature. The candidate will apply the CSL selling model (PS2) during customer calls, support patient education programs when appropriate, and travel as needed (including weekends) to meet objectives. A Bachelor's degree in science or business and a minimum of five years of pharmaceutical sales experience, along with demonstrated success in field sales and market share growth and knowledge of the pharmaceutical market and regulations, are required. Base salary range is $120K-$145K plus incentive compensation and potential equity; occasional variations by local legal/educational requirements may apply.
Required Qualifications
