Job Summary
Area Manager, Specialty in the Northeast Long Island area responsible for promoting CSL Behring products, developing and maintaining relationships with key customers (HCPs, hospitals, hemophilia treatment centers, patient support groups, distributors and specialty pharmacies), developing territory business plans to achieve/exceed sales targets, implementing marketing programs to grow market share, staying current with clinical literature, applying the CSL selling model (PS2) in customer calls, collaborating with patient support groups, and traveling as required to meet customers and corporate events. Requires a bachelor’s degree in a scientific or business field, five years of pharmaceutical sales experience, and proven success in field sales and territory growth. The role includes regular travel, relationship-building, demand creation, and patient education activities within the assigned Lexington, KY area.
