Job Summary
Area Manager in the Northeast Long Island region drives promotion and utilization of CSL Behring products, develops new and existing accounts through strong relationships with HCPs, hospitals, hemophilia treatment centers, and distribution partners, and implements territory business plans to achieve/exceed sales targets. Responsibilities include promoting products, increasing usage at call points, staying current with clinical literature, applying the CSL selling model (PS2) with opening/probing/listening/closing, collaborating with patient support groups, communicating market opportunities to management, and representing CSL Behring at local meetings. Requires regular travel, including potential weekends. Bachelor degree in a scientific or business field; minimum five years of pharmaceutical sales or relevant experience; knowledge of the pharmaceutical market and regulations; base salary range $120K-$145K plus incentive compensation and potential equity.
