Job Summary
Oversee the overall performance and delivery of Facilities Management services for assigned zones or buildings, ensuring compliance with contractual and service level requirements. Lead day-to-day operations to deliver building systems, maintenance activities, and support services efficiently. Supervise contractors, service providers, and on-site teams to maintain quality, safety, and operational excellence. Act as the primary liaison with clients, tenants, and authorities to address operational issues and maintain strong relationships. Monitor operational budgets and maintenance expenditure while implementing cost control measures. Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety & Health regulations and fire safety requirements through regular inspections and audits. Prepare operational reports, performance reviews, and maintenance records for continuous improvement. Requires a tertiary qualification with five years of post-graduate experience in Facilities Management and proficiency in Microsoft Office and CAFM/CMMS systems.
Required Qualifications
- Approved tertiary qualification
- At least five (5) years of relevant post-graduate experience in Projects & Facilities Management, Estate Management, Engineering, or a related discipline
- Proven experience managing commercial, institutional, healthcare, industrial, or mixed-use facilities
- Strong knowledge of facilities management operations, building systems, statutory compliance, and contractor management
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Facilities Management systems (CAFM/CMMS)
- Fire Safety Manager (FSM) or other relevant FM/WSH certifications
