Job Summary
Oversee multiple branches and ensure smooth operations by collaborating with branch managers to set sales goals, maintain staffing and fleet plans, and drive market penetration. Manage financial tasks including reporting, billing, and analysis of financial statements while controlling costs and monitoring expenses against company standards. Lead, train, coach, and conduct performance reviews for branch managers and staff to maintain a motivated team environment focused on revenue and branch performance. Work 40 hours per week including day or evening shifts with 20% travel, some by airplane. Requires a bachelor's degree, 10 years sales/customer service experience, and 5-7 years operations management. Salary of at least $80,000 plus bonus, company car, and comprehensive benefits including health insurance, PTO, and a 401k plan.
