Job Summary
Achieve area-wise sales and revenue growth targets by promoting pharmaceutical products to doctors, hospitals, pharmacies, and healthcare professionals. Monitor territory performance, analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to implement effective action plans and corrective measures. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and distributors while organizing and participating in Continuing Medical Education (CME) programs, product launches, and promotional events. Submit timely sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence updates while ensuring compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and pharmaceutical industry regulations.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of pharmaceutical sales experience
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Strategic planning and business development
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Market and competitor analysis
- Territory management and sales planning
- Customer relationship management
Desired Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in a managerial role within a pharmaceutical company is preferred
