Job Summary
Area Manager will oversee company programs and area staff to ensure contract compliance, lead safety and attendance programs across sites, manage forecasts and budgets, maintain customer relationships at each site, consolidate weekly site reports, conduct site audits, coordinate QBR scheduling, and supervise day-to-day operations within the assigned area. Requires strong leadership, communication, scheduling, budgeting, and training skills, with travel to sites as needed. The role emphasizes safety program implementation, material and equipment planning, and achievement of SBM specifications across multiple accounts.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, or a related field
- 2-5 years of experience
- valid driver’s license may be required
