Job Summary
Area Manager, Sales role within Oxford University Press’s School Education business. Responsible for driving revenue growth and strengthening market presence across an assigned territory, managing accounts, promoting educational titles to schools, delivering workshops and educational engagement activities, executing sales plans to achieve targets, ensuring timely collections, and collaborating with internal teams across digital sales, operations, marketing, and product to expand market share in both print and digital educational solutions. Must manage territory, engage schools, build strong relationships, and apply solution-oriented sales strategies while traveling within the territory.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 6 years of experience in a relevant industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
- Strong knowledge of the assigned market/territory
- Solution-oriented sales approach with exposure to digital products
