Job Summary
Lead the warehouse team during 12-hour shifts by managing motivation, task allocation, and overall coordination to ensure orders ship completely and on time. Monitor and improve key performance indicators focused on team efficiency, while tracking data to evaluate shift performance and react to real-time situations. Identify process inefficiencies and implement internal improvements to streamline operations, maintaining constant communication across the warehouse and with other departments to ensure smooth shift progression. This role requires direct operational presence rather than office work, with a focus on drive, energy, and continuous improvement in a dynamic environment.
