Job Summary
Lead a team of up to 15 employees and 8 supervisors across multiple shifts to ensure smooth, efficient production while maintaining safety, quality, and food standards. Provide visible floor leadership, coaching, and support to foster an engaged team culture. Coordinate daily staffing and resources to meet production targets, monitor key performance indicators, and report productivity, quality, and efficiency results to management. Drive cross-functional collaboration and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and cost efficiency. This 24-month fixed-term role (with a goal of indefinite extension) requires a Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or logistics, prior production leadership experience, and fluency in German and English (B2). Required Qualifications
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Logistik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Erste Führungserfahrung in der Produktion
- fundiertes Verständnis von Lager- und Produktionsprozessen
- Ausgeprägtes Verantwortungsbewusstsein für Arbeitssicherheit, Qualität, Lebensmittelsicherheit, Prozessstabilität und operative Performance
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office bzw. Google Workspace
- Erfahrung in der Analyse und Interpretation relevanter Kennzahlen
- Erfahrung mit Excel oder Google Sheets
- Ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität
- eine strukturierte, lösungsorientierte und eigenständige Arbeitsweise
- Priorisierungs- und Problemlösungskompetenz innerhalb einer dynamischen Umgebung
- Fließende Deutschkenntnisse (mind. B2 Niveau)
- gute Englischkenntnisse (mind. B2 Niveau)
Desired Qualifications
- idealerweise Lebensmittelproduktion
- zusätzliche Kenntnisse in Grafana oder Tableau
