Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Area Manager to manage production goals and ensure quality management in manufacturing, preferably in aerospace. Requires high school diploma and 3+ years of management experience.
Required Qualifications
- Three or more years of management experience in a manufacturing environment
- Effective communication skills with direct reports and management
- Ability to provide leadership, technical support, and training
- Experience with AS9100D and NADCAP audit processes
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in the aerospace industry
- Exposure to wax pattern assembly or injection
Additional Requirements
- Access to ITAR/EAR-controlled information required
- Must be a U.S. Citizen, Permanent Resident, or classified as a U.S. Person
