Job Summary
Coaching store leaders and multi-site managers to own results, lead teams, and grow individual stores through Success Development Plans. Maintain consistent in-store presence across Chermside, North Lakes, Capalaba, Carindale, Indooroopilly, Morayfield, Kawana, and Sunshine Plaza to ensure customer experiences, visual standards, and operational excellence. Activate local area marketing to drive foot traffic while uplifting team performance and holding others accountable through clear goal clarity. Uphold compliance and champion company values by delivering on your word and providing honest feedback. This full-time salaried leadership role requires regular travel across the Brisbane North region and includes physical floor tasks such as lifting stock up to 25kg.
Required Qualifications
- Multi-site retail leadership experience
- Minimum 3-5 stores
- Telco, tech or services retail experience
- Comfortable with data
- Decision-making skills
- Financial accountability

- Ability to travel regularly across WA
- Ability to lift stock or move displays up to 25kg
- Ability to complete a fitness check
