Job Summary
Area Manager for Paris Baguette supports franchise cafés within the assigned market by coaching franchise owners and General Managers on brand standards, operational best practices, guest experience, food safety, and café maintenance. You will conduct regular café visits to assess product quality and operational performance, provide action plans to address gaps, share data insights and dashboards to monitor P&L drivers, inventory controls and labor forecasting, and collaborate with Training and Development to deliver resources and workshops. You’ll help owners develop localized marketing plans, monitor guest sentiment, and reinforce adherence to brand standards while supporting new café openings, remodels, and equipment installations. Strong leadership, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and ability to travel to multiple locations are essential, along with a focus on coaching operators to build a consistent guest service culture and sustainable profitability.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1–3 years of progressive experience in franchise operations, multi-unit retail, hospitality, or restaurant management.
- At least 1–3 years of supervisory or multi-unit experience.
