Job Summary
Oversee the Outlet business across Northern France by setting ambitious goals for Store Managers and translating sales analysis into strategic business plans. Lead Store Managers in workforce planning, training the sales force, and conducting appraisals to maximize store performance while ensuring quality, customer service, and health and safety standards. Drive commercial performance through competitor analysis, market research, and the consistent implementation of HQ initiatives and retail standards across the region. Report to the Retail Director and collaborate with stakeholders to foster a best-in-class client experience.
Required Qualifications
- University Degree in Economics or related studies
- At least 5 years' experience as Area Manager within structured Retail company
- Highly developed business acumen
- Ability to take a 'big picture' view of a situation
- Make decision confidently and influence others to agree with you in order to have a positive impact towards achieving the objectives of the organisation
- Good communication and collaboration skills and abilities
- Highly detail oriented and organized in work
- Ability to work under pressure and meet assigned deadlines
- High level in local language and in oral as well as written English communication
