Job Summary
Oversee daily RNG and RP plant operations across multiple sites, ensuring safety, compliance, and efficiency. Lead and mentor lead operators across sites, establish and monitor KPIs, optimize operations to meet production, quality, and profitability goals, and manage operational budgets. Coordinate with utilities, regulators, and O&M partners; drive process improvements, maintenance programs, and cost-effective resource use. Role is remote-based with responsibility for plants in Detroit and Marshall MI, Minneapolis MN, and Shiloh OH; travel to sites required (~50%).
Required Qualifications
- Minimum seven years in chemical, oil or gas processing operations with proven multi-facility leadership
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or over 15 years in the petro-chemical industry as an operations leader
