Job Summary
Manage daily operations across multiple retail stores in the North of England and Scotland, implementing strategic plans to drive sales and service standards while maintaining operational efficiency. Conduct thorough reviews of store P&Ls, staffing costs, and stock management to improve results and reduce costs, ensuring brand visual standards are integral to the day-to-day running of the business. Lead by example as a brand ambassador, overseeing recruitment, retention, and team development to build a co-operative workforce aligned with Crew Clothing values. Actively manage scheduling, performance appraisals, and succession planning while driving consistent customer service and operational excellence across the cluster.
Required Qualifications
- Sound commercial acumen
- Evidence of driving sales turnover of £1m+ whilst maintaining cost control
- Sales and target driven
- Ability to benchmark against company performance
- Customer first approach
- Excellent VM standards
- Evidence of developing team structures and succession planning
- Excellent communication skills with team, peers and stakeholders
