Job Summary
Area Manager provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for multiple assigned clinics, traveling weekly to ensure standardized workflows, oversee staff training and performance, drive KPI tracking and patient care standards, collaborate with HR on staff development and discipline, and identify process improvements to enhance clinic flow and patient experience. Responsibilities include directing daily operations across locations, hiring and mentoring staff, developing training programs, monitoring patient retention and staff productivity, conducting performance evaluations, ensuring compliance and high standards of care, coordinating with Medical Providers for clinic alignment, approving time tracking and leave requests, and filling in as needed. Knowledge and experience in multi-site clinic operations, leadership, staff development, KPI analysis, and healthcare compliance are required or preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Management or related field
- Valid Driver’s License
- Preferred: Current state LPN or RN licensure for state of work location
- Experience in healthcare or clinic operations including multi-site clinic oversight
- 3+ years in management
- Analytical skills with experience tracking and improving KPIs
- Background in developing teams and leaders
