Area Manager - Non X Complete Pool - Housing - Collections - Salem - Brindavan Road - MM

Area Manager – Collections responsible for achieving the territory's collection targets by managing housing-collections initiatives, driving NPA reversals, and initiating Sec-25/138 for critical accounts. Lead the execution of legal tools (Warrants under Sec-138/Sec-25; Sarfaesi) and coordinate with Legal teams for timely DM orders and enforcement actions. Manage portfolio movement across team members, ensure digital receipt collections, and deposit payments within timelines. Maintain zero delinquency in line with policies, publish MIS, monitor SLA adherence with in-house agencies, and drive a recovery agenda through training and deployment strategies. Ensure compliance with Audit/NHB/IRB regulations and company policies, while supervising the collections team to optimize performance and reduce costs. Education: Graduate; Experience: 8-10 years in the field.
