Job Summary
Lead sales performance and field execution across the Gulf Cluster for Neuroscience (MS) in Dubai, managing and coaching a team of Sales Representatives, partnering with cross-functional teams to execute brand strategy, prepare for launches, and leverage market insights. Own territory performance through coaching, customer-centric engagement, and omnichannel effectiveness; design and optimize incentive schemes; collaborate with country operations to rollout brand strategy and launches while building strong customer partnerships to maximize patient and business impact.
Required Qualifications
- Solid understanding of Gulf markets
- Neuroscience experience preferred
- Sales or Brand Manager experience in UAE is a must
- Excellent analytical, presentation and communication skills
- Proven external customer focus and ability to build strong relationships with KOLs
- Ability to translate strategy into execution and roll out brand plans
- Strong coaching and leadership capabilities
- Comfortable with omnichannel engagement and cross-functional collaboration
- Problem solving and data-driven decision making
- Curious, creative and up-to-date with market trends and best practices
