Job Summary
Area Manager leads multi-unit restaurant operations and develops restaurant management teams to deliver superior service and product, while driving EBITDA, managing a P&L, and achieving budgets for food and labor costs. The role includes coaching and mentoring managers, hiring and training staff, monitoring financial targets, ensuring regulatory compliance, and improving guest and employee experiences through a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. The position requires overseeing multiple states, reviewing monthly P&L with General Managers, forecasting expenses, and partnering with HR to align expectations and growth initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of restaurant management/leadership operations experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher
- Strong project management, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Superior interpersonal skills and ability to earn trust and respect from colleagues
- Exceptional financial acumen
- Thrives in a constantly evolving, fast-paced environment
