Job Summary
Manage daily EMS operations by communicating with patients, providers, and facility staff while exchanging accurate information. Operate EMS equipment including blood pressure cuffs, glucometers, and EKG machines, and perform patient care activities such as lifting patients onto backboards or loading stretchers into ambulances. Utilize Microsoft Office Suite to prepare and analyze data, manage paperwork, and access file cabinets within the office or ambulance. Maintain a stationary position for approximately 80% of the time while occasionally moving to retrieve equipment or access patients. Requires a Bachelor's degree, five years of EMS management experience, and an active state EMS license.
