Job Summary
Area Manager for SIXT Australia overseeing Sydney Airport and City locations. Drive sales, profitability, fleet performance, and customer experience with emphasis on upselling, fleet utilization, cost control, and premium service. Lead and coach a high-performing team, manage P&L, optimise rostering and fleet presentation, ensure compliance with safety and company standards, and maintain strong customer service. Requires leadership capability, ability to analyse KPIs and financial data, and a proactive, autonomous, growth-focused approach. Applicants must have a National Criminal History Check, a current full driver's licence, and Australian working rights.
