Job Summary
Drive profit growth by developing and executing a district plan to maximize revenue in mining-focused accounts. Lead and coach sales engineers and technical service teams, collaborate with senior management across functions, generate monthly revenue forecasts, and participate in strategic planning to align tools and resources with market drivers. Build and maintain executive-level relationships with current and prospective customers, translate business needs into value propositions for products and services, and monitor performance to address deficiencies. The role encompasses 50% overnight travel within VA, WV, GA, and FL, requires a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in technical/outside sales or leadership, and involves regional district leadership, training of new hires, and alignment with corporate initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5+ years leading and developing teams
- 5+ years of successful technical sales or outside sales experience using a consultative sales approach
- Ability to travel as required to support the district
- Current and valid driver's license
