Job Summary
Manage and monitor all Point/Branch offices within the assigned area, ensuring KPIs are met and portfolio quality and quantity align with Amartha's targets. Oversee strategy, processes, and operations to guarantee branch compliance with policies and procedures while driving staff performance through training, monitoring, and conflict resolution. Verify that permits, infrastructure, and inventory requirements are fulfilled for smooth branch operations. Requirements include a minimum Diploma, leadership experience for over 10 people, and at least two years in Micro Finance. The role requires a motorcycle and SIM C, with mobile coverage across Pandak, Pangasih, Pleret, Bambanglipuro, Banguntapan, Kutoarjo, Purworejo, Saptosari, and Wates.
Required Qualifications
- Pendidikan terakhir minimum Diploma
- Memiliki pengalaman bertanggung jawab dalam memimpin lebih dari 10 orang
- Memiliki pengalaman minimal 2 tahun di Micro Finance sebagai Koordinator/Supervisor/Kepala Cabang/Area Manager
- Dapat menyusun strategi sales & marketing sebagai paduan tim untuk mencapai target
- Mempunyai motor
- Mempunyai SIM C
- Bersedia mobile ke wilayah kelolaan yaitu Pandak, Pangasih, Pleret, Bambanglipuro, Banguntapan, Kutoarjo, Purworejo, Saptosari dan Wates
