Job Summary
Engage with Electrophysiologists and Interventional Cardiologists to promote Micra Leadless Pacemaker therapy and conduct physician, patient, and therapy awareness programs. Drive business by pursuing leads, assessing needs, and managing Key Accounts while supporting cases in OT/Cath Lab. Implement market development plans based on research into customer and competitor activities, then communicate feedback to internal stakeholders. Meet or exceed sales targets within an assigned geographic area through long-term relationship building with distributors and healthcare professionals. Timely reporting of sales data and completion of assigned training are required.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum High School Diploma (or equivalent) AND 8+ years experience
- Associate's Degree AND 6+ years experience
- Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years experience
- Experience in Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM)
- Exposure to Electrophysiology, Interventional Cardiology, or Structural Heart therapies
- Strong sales and key account management experience in medical devices
- Experience handling multi-state territories and diverse customer segments
- Must be able to comply with all credentialing requirements at the hospitals or clinics they support
- Must be able to confirm identity and employment authorization via E-Verify
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in cardiology preferably in Cardiac Rhythm Management devices or TAVI /TAVR/IMPELLA
- Good communication skills and managing corporate and government accounts
- Candidate with IBHRE CCDS
