Job Summary
Engage with Electrophysiologists and Interventional Cardiologists to promote Micra Leadless Pacemaker therapy and conduct physician, patient, and therapy awareness programs. Drive market development by supporting cases in OT/Cath Lab, managing Key Accounts, and pursuing leads to meet annual operating plan targets. Conduct market research on customer and competitor activities, implement development strategies, and communicate feedback to internal stakeholders including R&D and Marketing. Complete assigned training and submit timely sales data reports per BU requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum High School Diploma (or equivalent) AND 8+ years experience
- Associate's Degree AND 6+ years experience
- Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years experience
- Experience in Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM)
- Exposure to Electrophysiology, Interventional Cardiology, or Structural Heart therapies
- Strong sales and key account management experience in medical devices
- Experience handling multi-state territories and diverse customer segments
- Good communication skills
- Managing corporate and government accounts
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in cardiology preferably in Cardiac Rhythm Management devices or TAVI /TAVR/IMPELLA
- Candidate with IBHRE CCDS
