Job Summary
Operate the Area Manager role by leading service centers in Neunkirchen, Idar-Oberstein, and St. Wendel, managing operational oversight and Carglass® key performance indicators. Direct staff development, design recruitment and onboarding strategies, and ensure strict adherence to technical and administrative standards across all locations. Serve as the primary liaison for central departments while continuously refining local processes and workflows. Dedicate one day weekly to hands-on operational support, such as assisting with Glass Medic tasks. Requires a vocational or commercial qualification, minimum two years of supervisory experience, and a valid Class B driver's license. Full-time employment with a 39-hour workweek.
Required Qualifications
- abgeschlossene handwerkliche oder kaufmännische Ausbildung
- mind. 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position mit Verantwortung in Leitung oder Coaching
- praxisnahe operative Kenntnisse
- Führerschein der Klasse B
- Sichere MS-Office und PC-Kenntnisse
- unbefristet und in Vollzeit (39 Std)
- 39.-Std-Woche
- 30 Tage Urlaub
