Area Manager responsible for achieving sales targets, driving adoption of healthcare programs in corporate clients, and delivering product mix across OPD, AHC & EAP categories. Identify and realize new opportunities/segments; build relationships with potential partners like Insurance Brokers, TPA, etc., to scale up business; accountable for customer experience in corporates engaged and for P&L at the customer level. Skills: good communication, team management, self-motivation, eagerness to learn, and ability to adopt technology.
