Job Summary
Area Manager / Lawn Care Route Technician responsibilities include measuring and mixing lawn care products, applying fertilizers, weed and insect control, operating lawn care equipment, completing work orders and maintaining records, providing lawn analysis (weed and grass identification), and delivering strong customer service while working independently outdoors; requiring a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and drug testing, with production bonuses and benefits offered as part of the role starting mid-late February for the 2026 season.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or Equivalent
- A valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and drug testing are required for employment
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Self starter, able to work independently
