Job Summary
Execute company policies, plan operational strategies for territory management, and maintain labor budgets while ensuring safety guidelines are trained, monitored, and documented. Direct supervision of employees, including hiring, training, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions, while enforcing safety procedures and investigating accidents. Interface with customers to resolve concerns, perform quality assurance inspections, and facilitate new startup projects within the territory. Maintain accurate daily labor reporting, revise Standard Operating Procedures, and drive facility improvements. Drive up to 90 minutes one-way and work variable shifts including evenings and nights.
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of experience working in commercial cleaning
- Previous multi-unit management experience
- Excellent attention to detail
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office; Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Willingness to work a variable schedule to include day, evening, and night shifts
- Willingness to travel
- Valid driver's license
- The ability to lift files
- Requires ability to use a keyboard, monitor, and phone
- Requires ability to communicate verbally with others
- This position requires individuals to be able to drive up to 90 minutes one-way
- When offsite, this role requires extensive walking indoors and some outdoors
- Walking, bending, twisting, climbing, turning of head and torso, crawling, reaching, flexing the arms and legs, and stooping as necessary
- Lifting and carrying weights up to 50 pounds to include wearing of backpack vacuum for extended periods
- This position requires the ability to sit, stand, walk, push, pull, reach overhead, reach at or below shoulder level, use foot or leg controls, gross manipulation, stoop, crouch, kneel, climb ramps or stairs, climb ladders, utilize near and far visual activity, speak, and hear
- Noise Levels may be above average
