Job Summary
Manage operations for 150 retail locations across Illinois as Area Manager for janitorial services. The role is remote/hybrid with travel to sites throughout Illinois, overseeing inspections, coordinating work orders and vendor performance, and ensuring service delivery per QA standards. Responsibilities include daily site communications via NOC, monthly reporting, coordinating with portfolio managers and relationship managers, supervising self-perform locations, training staff and subcontractors, maintaining safety and quality controls, and ensuring adherence to SLAs and SOW specifications. Proficiency with CMMS systems, Microsoft Office, vendor management, and strong communication skills are required.
Required Qualifications
- Understanding of bank organization structure or bank experience a plus.
