• •Must USE MOBILE-CELL TO Clock In and Clock Out of Shift
• •Must Be Mobile Application Savvy
• •Full knowledge of Microsoft, Excel, and Mobile Applications
• •Mobile: Timekeeping Applications
• •Minimum 1 yr. Experience working as a supervisor in the janitorial or cleaning industry
• •Must be authorized to work in the United States
• •Reliable transportation
• •Availability to travel
• •Must be available to work overnights and on weekends
• •Must wear a uniform T-shirt to enter the location and present a Virtual Badge ID
• •Must wear closed shoes at all times
• •Must be able to effectively lead and coach others
• •Must be able to effectively train and develop staff
• •Must be able to perform site quality inspections
• •Must be able to manage operational performance through metrics
• •Must be able to communicate with store management and clients
• •Must be able to verify completion of work assigned at each job site
• •Must be able to lead continuous improvement and cost reduction efforts
• •Must be able to manage and maintain the purchase of supplies and equipment
• •Must be able to attend daily, weekly, and quarterly planning and communication meetings
• •Must be able to communicate time-sensitive issues
• •Must know and follow all safety rules, procedures, and measures necessary to remain in compliance with OSHA requirements
• •Must be able to recruit for open positions
• •Must be able to coach, train, and appraise direct reports
• •Must be able to complete Onboarding New Hire paperwork
• •Must be able to oversee and maintain a safe and orderly work environment
• •Must be able to champion and model the company's values, code of conduct, and ethics
• •Must be able to understand, anticipate, and shape Client expectations
• •Must be able to visit a minimum of 3 stores every day
• •Must be able to report store visit issues with pictures
• •Must be able to follow up on other stores daily if issues arise
• •Must be able to visit job sites regularly
• •Must be able to regularly communicate with store management
• •Must be able to perform other related duties as assigned
• •Must be able to maintain, ensure, and request all necessary supplies, chemicals, and equipment
• •Must be able to lead continuous improvement and cost reduction efforts
• •Must be able to manage and maintain the purchase of supplies and equipment
• •Must be able to attend daily, weekly, and quarterly planning and communication meetings
• •Must be able to communicate with the Client store facilitator and Technician daily
• •Must be able to perform other related duties as assigned
