Job Summary
Plan, direct, and coordinate all program activities across multiple regional practices to ensure operational and clinical success. Supervise Program Directors through mentoring and problem-solving, while maintaining consistent communication with Regional Director Operations and facility leadership. Develop positive customer relationships, optimize business satisfaction, and identify growth opportunities in conjunction with the Regional Director of Account Management. Participate in clinical and operational reviews, including the denial process, and assist in developing regional operating and capital budgets. Ensure adherence to professional organization policies and facilitate educational programs.
Required Qualifications
- Associate Degree
- 3-5 years
- Must hold applicable valid and unencumbered state license
- Must be able to lift at least 50lbs
- Must be able to maintain verbal and written communication with co-workers, supervisors, residents, family members, visitors, vendors, and all business associates outside of the health campus
Desired Qualifications
- Current CPR Certification for healthcare providers through CPR training that includes hands on practice and in-person skills assessment preferred
