Job Summary
Oversee a team responsible for achieving operational goals and fostering strong stakeholder relationships within Fulfillment Center strategies. Ensure effective implementation of center strategies, maintain highest quality standards in team deliverables, and optimize team metrics, processes, and best practices. Coach and develop team members to encourage skill growth, independent decision-making, and active participation in discussions. Proactively identify and mitigate risks, resolve blockers, and manage team commitments while preventing over-commitment. Maintain open communication with partner teams, stakeholders, and management to share priorities, status updates, and decision-making processes. Audit performance to ensure effective results and make data-driven decisions to contribute to continuous improvement in operational practices. Sunday through Wednesday, 6:00am-4:30pm, with overtime and shift flexibility as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5+ years of leadership experience in Fulfillment, Distribution, or Warehouse operations
- Advanced functional knowledge of supply chain management, including fulfillment, procurement, transportation, and warehousing
- Proven experience in managing teams, influencing stakeholders, and driving strategic initiatives
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Ability to manage complex problems, mitigate risks, and make strategic trade-offs
- Experience in coaching, developing team members, and fostering a culture of inclusion and collaboration
- Must be able to cover other shifts when needed
