Job Summary
Lead field operations and revenue collection by managing donor relationships, securing federal and local grants, and organizing fundraising events. Build strategic partnerships with community leaders and like-minded organizations while overseeing volunteer recruitment, training, and supervision. Coordinate daily activities with Service Program Directors, ensure compliance with operational policies, and produce high-quality content for social media promotion. Manage the local volunteer base from universities and mosques, maintaining core values of Sincerity, Sacrifice, and Service. Provide timely reports on program services and handle donor inquiries efficiently. Occasional evening and weekend work is required, and travel at 24-hour notice is expected. Full-time role with a clean traffic record needed for driving organizational vehicles.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related fields
- Three (03) years of experience of outreach/social work/marketing/sales/fundraising and event management in the non-profit sector or extensive field experience leading teams
- Excellent communication, organization, and budgeting skills
- Strong management and leadership skills, including budget and timeline management
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and effectively manage multiple projects
- Able to handle difficult situations in an effective way
- Creative thinking abilities; enterprising and resourceful, self-starter and team player
- Proficient with Social Media Platforms
- A polished demeanor in person
- Computer proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint & Word
- Legal status, social security number and work authorization by the relevant US authorities
- Must be willing and prepared to travel for official work/assignment at a 24-hour notice
- Required to have a clean traffic record with no outstanding citations
