Job Summary
Lead and develop a warehouse team of associates and operations leads to meet daily goals, driving inventory accuracy and adherence to processes. Collaborate with HR, Safety, Customer Service, and other Ops leaders to address issues, implement workload planning and process improvements, and ensure orders are fulfilled to standards using WMS and various material handling equipment. Requires strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills, ability to manage high workloads and deadlines, and flexibility for overtime including evenings and weekends. Bachelor's degree or relevant experience and 2–4 years of warehouse/system leadership experience are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of two to four years’ experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) / inventory systems in a high-volume facility
- Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience
- Possesses basic clerical and data entry skills
- Able to transport up to 20 lbs
- Able to work overtime, including evenings and weekends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to interact effectively with all levels of management and support teams
- Able to operate relevant material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts)
- Able to work in a Distribution center environment with varying heights and conditions
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
