Job Summary
Lead and manage multiple teams responsible for achieving operational goals and fostering strong stakeholder relationships. Oversee Fulfillment Center strategies to ensure quality deliverables, optimize team metrics, and implement processes that enhance performance standards. Coach team members to encourage skill growth and independent decision-making while proactively identifying risks and resolving blockers. Maintain open communication with partner teams and stakeholders, documenting lessons learned to drive continuous improvement. Schedule Sunday through Wednesday, 6:00am-4:30pm, with overtime as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5+ years of leadership experience in Fulfillment, Distribution, or Warehouse operations
- Advanced functional knowledge of supply chain management, including fulfillment, procurement, transportation, and warehousing
- Proven experience in managing teams, influencing stakeholders, and driving strategic initiatives
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Ability to manage complex problems, mitigate risks, and make strategic trade-offs
- Experience in coaching, developing team members, and fostering a culture of inclusion and collaboration
