Job Summary
Area Manager - Hotel oversees parking attendants and supervises day-to-day operations to ensure high standards of service. Leads staffing processes (recruiting, hiring, scheduling), training, performance reviews, and adherence to policies, while maintaining safety and asset upkeep of parking facilities. Drives profitability through cost-control, pricing strategies, and opportunities for revenue growth; monitors financial performance and implements strategies to optimize staffing and service quality. Responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, addressing guest inquiries and concerns, and maintaining high service quality. Fosters clear internal communication and a positive work environment focused on accountability, professionalism, and guest satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience
- Minimum of 5 years of parking or transportation management experience
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Physical ability to lift heavy items (50 lbs)
