Job Summary
Directly supervise Field Supervisors across 8–12 retail locations in Springfield, MA, conducting weekly one-on-one coaching, performance evaluations, and succession planning. Manage overall territory operational and financial performance, including labor budgets, shrink reduction, sales support, and payroll accuracy. Recruit and coordinate hiring for Field Supervisors while forecasting seasonal staffing needs and building staffing plans. Ensure consistent execution of merchandising standards, planograms, safety compliance, and company SOPs through regular operational audits. Serve as primary business leader partnering with Regional Managers, Human Resources, and vendor partners to resolve escalated concerns and strengthen customer relationships. Allocate labor resources, prioritize store visits, and adjust staffing based on business demand to meet profitability and productivity objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
- 3–5 years retail operations leadership experience
- Experience managing multiple locations
- Experience supervising leaders
- Budget management experience
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to travel extensively throughout assigned territory
