AREA MANAGER

Directly supervise Field Supervisors across 8–12 retail locations in Augusta, ME, ensuring exceptional merchandising execution, labor productivity, and financial performance. Conduct weekly one-on-one coaching, performance evaluations, and succession planning while resolving employee relations concerns. Manage territory labor budgets, payroll accuracy, and seasonal staffing plans to meet sales and profitability objectives. Recruit and coordinate hiring for Field Supervisors, forecast staffing requirements, and build seasonal plans. Ensure consistent execution of planograms, inventory management, safety compliance, and company SOPs through regular operational audits. Serve as primary contact for store managers, district managers, and vendor partners to resolve escalated concerns and strengthen partnerships. Review KPI dashboards, prepare operational reports, and support annual planning. Allocate labor resources and prioritize store visits based on business demand.
