Job Summary
Conduct operational oversight and audits across assigned communities to ensure alignment with company standards and client expectations. Monitor leasing activities, track renewals, and manage contract administration while providing manager coverage during vacancies or increased operational needs. Support Property Managers and onsite teams by coordinating maintenance, analyzing performance data, and resolving escalated resident or vendor concerns. Foster high-quality resident experiences through direct engagement and adherence to housing program requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Must have excellent problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills and leadership/supervisory skills
- Must have 3 years of property management, operations management, or multi-site leadership experience
- Must have ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals
- Must have ability to write reports and business correspondence
- Must have ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area
- Must have ability to apply concepts of basic math
- Must have ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
- Must have knowledge of operations software used at the property level
- Must have knowledge of Outlook
- Must have knowledge of Internet software
- Must have knowledge of EXCEL
- Must have knowledge of WORD
- Must be able to complete a successful background screen
- Must pass a drug test
Desired Qualifications
- Must have experience working within residential housing, workforce housing, university-affiliated housing, affordable housing, student housing, or mixed-use communities
