Job Summary
Area Manager, Field Operations responsible for leading client services and support across a designated region, aligning with Ticketmaster and Live Nation departments to achieve high client satisfaction through standardized communications, practices, and processes; provides coaching and performance management to area teams and drives adoption of TM products and feature rollouts.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree is preferred
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience with the Ticketmaster System
- Experience in fast-paced, high-volume service-oriented environment
- Proven leadership capacity with experience leading/influencing teams
- Advanced knowledge of TM products and applications (Archtics, Host, TM1, etc.)
- Exceptional verbal and written communication and organizational skills; strong presentation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce
- Ability to troubleshoot and adopt a solutions-oriented mindset
- Strong project management skills and adaptability
